The Annual Election for the Lewis Fire District Commissioners, County of Essex, New York will take place on December 9, 2025 between the hours 6pm and 9pm at the Lewis Fire House located at 17 Firehouse Lane, Lewis NY for the purpose of electing a new Commissioner.
This position is commencing on January 1, 2026 and ending December 31, 2030.
Letters of interest for the above-mentioned position will be received until December 05, 2025 at the following address: PO Box 532 Lewis, NY 12950.
Anyone who is a resident of the Town of Lewis is eligible to seek one of these positions.

The Lewis Fire District Board of Commissioners are looking for a Treasurer to perform financial record keeping, accounting and disbursement functions as in accordance with NYS Fire District regulations. This is a paid position of the Lewis Fire District, salary will be determined upon experience. Please send a letter of interest and resume to Kathy Robertson, P.O.
